H1b Visas cheat

Hope every one is doing well in all aspects. I have some thoughts on H1B processing and what's driving every one in U.S.A to offer free H1B? Let me explain it, to all of you.

Friends, before you decide on abroad work experience, I would request you to know certain facts about company and also hidden conditions which you need to know before you file your H1B with ABC company.

Its good that if every one does fair business but its not true every all the time. So please follow the given below check list which might help you to go in right path.

1) Free H1B sponsorship?
If some one says its free H1B process, please ask them why they are doing that? Nothing in this world is free that too in America, no way! you should cross check and verify the genuine in their answers.

2) Know well in advance about company and revenue. Look for companies web site and verify content this shows how well a company will be organized and whats their business, who works on it? etc
I have some thing to share with you. Its common trend in U.S.A that each Green Holder starts company with out knowing what to do after starting company. Unfortunately if you file your H1B with them, you will never make money and they screw your happiness. Trust me friends don't entertain upcoming companies because they can not afford running company with out cheating people like you. So be careful!!!.

3) Benefit's -its all time cheat in USA, so be cautious
Companies promise you that we will provide medical, dental etc and also give salary on bench, they keep telling all this crap, once you come here I mean U.S.A, you will understand that they wont provide any of them and ultimately you will suffer, so don't be trapped with free H1B, go with trust worthy people and work with peace of mind.

4) Paying capacity
Most of the companies with less that 10 employees have less paying capacity, they will cheat you by holding 30 to 40 days billing and at the end they will never pay you. This is true and I have seen lot of people facing problem and loosing that hard earned money.
So please request companies tax returns and verify how many employees are working with them, even if you miss to do so American Consulate generals does this and reject your H1B if company is bad, so be careful, question then upfront, know in and out of company before you proceed further.

5) Clients
Know in advance about H1B sponsoring company clients, if they refuse to provide with details that means there is some thing you need to think about. If you look at www.immihelp. com you will see the number of rejected H1B's in India because of companies not providing their client's list so don't apply and waste your time by applying to such crap companies.

6) Talk to some one who works under H1B sponsoring companies.
This is what we lag, its not great in getting H1B with waste companies, its always good if you are with right company. So to know more about company its always suggested to talk with some who works there and ask all these questions.

I know this is lengthy mail, let me tell you some thing interesting. I had a friend who use to make 50K per month in India and he wanted to file H1B so what we did is we asked one of our reddy friend to file his H1B and he did that and its was poor company we thought of giving chance to him and luckily guy got his H1B approved, so far so good.
Its the time for my friend to go and get his visa work done in India, for that he went to Chennai with basic documents which are provided by our reddy friend.

First attempt, rejected with 221(G) requesting proper tax returns, pictures.
Second attempt same but request for other documents like client list, market research document etc
Third attempt same 221(g) saying AAD ( Additional Administrative processing )

So for all the three attempts my friend spent some money vising Chennai and paying consulate fee, which turned out to be 25K.

After 3 months of AAD processing American consulate general people decided to give visa ( saying that please approach DOL in U.S.A if company doesn't pay you salary ) Now my friend resigned with his Indian company and landed in U.S.A with his expenses which turned out to be 3 lakhs. ( this includes flight tickets, shopping etc )

Before a person comes to U.S.A, his employer has to book tickets for him, and provide accommodation, which we did get avail from him,
well the guy comes here and starts living in friends place, applies for SSN (Social Security Number ) and waits for month to get that and in mean time he encounters some expenses, which turns out to be 1500 USD ( there are minimum things you need to buy after you come here like cell phone, laptop etc )

Starts applying jobs and by the time his resume goes to vendor's it takes a month and then it takes another 2 months to get job, expenses by this time will go to 4000 USD. If his company would have helped him to get job it reduces lot of burden on candidate but we are unlucky because company is too small

With out benefit's from company minimum wastage for a candidate is 4000 USD + 3Lakhs ( spent in India ) total in USD will be 10,000.

As the guy is not working in India total salary loss will be 4 months salary = 2Lakhs so over all he lost 15,000 USD.

Now this guy starts working and his first pay check comes after 45 days, which is common us U.S.A good companies pay with in 30 days and best companies pay in 15 days and superb companies pay per week. So to survive he makes some more credits and by the time of his first pay check, total loss to him is 20K USD.

Its really hard to save 20K in year for candidate who does contracting in U.S.A. There are lot of issues and wastage of money when we come here. So if you ignore minor things you will end up paying credits for minimum of 3 years in US.

Friends think about this and plan before you decide, other side of grass is green, be careful with companies act smart, know every thing before you make move.

I hope this educates at least one person, I will be the happiest guy.

Feel free to draft me email if you are unable to decide or need any help. I am not a company or profit organization its just helping our community.

Thanks for reading and your time.
